- In Himachal and Kashmir, and any hill station The facilities of Hotel, Services, and Aids etc cannot be matched to developed destinations. Hotels in Himachal are categorized on the basis of location, Services and costing and not as per Star Categorization i.e.;1*, 2*, 3*,4*,5* and so on.
- Changes is not possible at last moment or at the time of check in its depend on availability with additional charges.
- Extra cost would be applicable for any unforeseen event. Rates may change in the case of hotel rates, transport rates, government taxes or entrance fees · If any amount committed on arrival, menace all the payment you have to pay at the time of pick up if not paid then service will stop.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
- 30 - 15 days Before Check in - 50% of the total estimated Bill.
- 15- 07 days - 75 % of the Total Estimated Bill.
- We do not charge anything if the package is postpone/ prepone, charges depend on hotels . Additional charges will be levied.
- Cancellation charges would be applicable from the same date we receive mail in writing and cancellation charges would be as follows (this is not valid for group Bookings):
- 100% cancellation charges will be applied.
